ooooh I get it, the car transports passengers, but without driver. Right! I was puzzled there for a second. I thought it was about empty cars that drive themselves.
No, I wouldn't attempt to travel with such a car. It's dangerous and scary. I don't care if it's made by Google or Yahoo or even NASA. It's operating system driven. That means it can not only have lethal software errors, but it can also be hacked. A hacker could kidnap you from afar.
A car like that could be used as an extreme sport though. I suppose some of us would be interested.
Imagine NASCAR driverless races.
