 Names from the Dark Side
You were born with a gothic name, although you may not know it. It's hidden within your own name. If you would like to participate, all you need to do is scramble (for privacy) the letters of your name: first name, middle name, and last name. If you need help scrambling your letters, you can use this link: Scrambler. Then give me your scramble, combined in one long word (again, for privacy), like this: olatlolpaiebherme ...and I'll anagram your dark name. Like this: Ophelia Bellamorte= olatlolpaiebherme Bellamorte: Italian, meaning "beautiful death." If you like, you can give me scrambles of your name both with and without middle name included. -- Nephele

Re: Names from the Dark Side
Aw, doesn't anyone want an anagrammed goth alias? I guess I'll have to choose my own subjects. And I choose the characters from Lady Attercop's "Strange Fiction" (I've been reading it and I'm really digging on that comic strip). Here you go, Lady A. -- your characters with their anagrammed goth aliases: Eduardo Esteves-Palacio = Octavio Pleasure de SadeWanda Rosalie Goodstein = Sweet Indigo la SoñadoraRobert Edward O'Reilly = Lorde Brawley Red-riotWildberry el ToreadorToreador is one of the vampire clans in Kindred: The Embraced, the teevee series based on the roll-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade. -- Nephele

Re: Names from the Dark Side
Hee hee. Awesome. Since you used my characters, I reserve the right to steal these "goth names" in the future. If you're still looking for anagrams to make, I present to you my epically long Real Name (gasp!): Oleinc Aeubcneshwgr Enjoy! ~ LadyA, who is ashamed to admit that she had to look up her old character page to check that she had indeed given her characters middle names d-:

Re: Names from the Dark Side
Oh, this is fun! Once, I tried an anagram generator using my first and last name and it came out with: "Jordan Potion", which is cool in itself. Ok, I'll try this. Here's my scrambled name: aonnajanepluedoiptor

Re: Names from the Dark Side
Actually, I went on an anagram site that was posted on here awhile back, got the name "Alien I Junky" from there. Found it nifty. So it's my MSN Messenger name. Nonetheless, lets see what can be done with this... And I'll put with and without middle name... lkjnayeunii or eyeiiknijuaenrln

Re: Names from the Dark Side
Ah, I see how this works. The automated one ArcAngel mentioned only makes "real" standard words with your name, which isn't nearly as fun. Here is my scramble (good luck with my multitude of L's):

The gothic anagrammed names are all my own creations -- this is my art. My anagram aliases may include spelling variations, as well as obscure names taken from literature and history. Sometimes I'll give the meanings of the names, sometimes I'll leave people to work out the meanings for themselves. lemiclinmllaflnuahe = Luminia McHellfallen Lumina Finella McHell-- Nephele
