My old Eyebrow piercings. I had it done twice but neither time they stayed so I have to get mircodermals. But here is what it looked like.

In the second second you can kind of see my old nose piercing as well.

I once had a lover who had a faded SS tattoo on his thigh. The moment I saw it I jumped up and started putting my clothes on which led to us talking about stupid things we had done as ignorant children(which is what he said his tattoo was). I am not fond of nazi or supremacist imagery(whether white, black, brown or red). The tattoo had grown to hold no meaning for him and he tended to forget about it since it was normally covered.

Well this made me rethink the definition of hate.

For me ''pure hate'' would be something like ''fuck the whites''/''nigga suck'' etc. This would be hate. But there is also the ''political hate'' like Nazism etc. This would be my own def. of hate


Was that for me? If so; No, I don't have any tattoo(or body modification!). Mainly because my parents wouldn't want that and I don't know how my body would react... Like I said before I'm allergic to metal, but I have more ''genetical defects''

I think hate would be something like 'hate' quotes or images that show one person killing another for obvious cultural or ethnic differences. As for Nazi tattoos- I don't see the harm in those. My uncle had one. No he was a Nazi though I forget his reason now as he told me the meaning behind the tattoo when I was very young. You can dislike a person's beliefs while still caring for the person- but that person's beliefs don't mean hate because you disagree with it- at least not in every case. that is like saying a the Rebel Flag is a hate symbol toward African Americans- not true (at least not in every case).

Let's just try to keep that tattoo images clean.

Yeah, but by politcal hate, if a prime minister have a ''nazi tattoo'' he will be hated. Just like music on the radio, it must be ''politically correct''.

But we are are not talking about people who are in charge of running a country (a real country anyway) unless there are some of those here on gnet. And if a prime minister had such a tattoo I would not hold it against the person. Of course everyone is not like me...I do think though that there can be such a thing as being so politically correct that it can drown you.

This thread isn't meant to be political or to make a point or serve your own belief agenda or whatnot, it is simply a place to show off your body modification. If it is that big of an issue that tattoos are going to be debated because you disagree with the tattoo I will ask to shut it down. That is why I asked that people respond with their tattoos in an appropriate manner.

Yes... I'd love to see some tasteful body mods... I personally don't have any, but I often debate whether to or not...

The ring broke, and I couldn't go out to get a new one, so the hole healed up.

I still have my nipple rings. Though, not sure if I can show them here. Can I?

I think if you have to ask, that's a good indication that it would be best not to post it. If it's not a part of your body that's acceptable for showing in the workplace (i.e. nipples, buttocks, etc.) then best not to post it here, either.
