Re: Happy thread is happy. Had a wonderful evening out with a good friend. We've never done anything without our daughters (who are best friends), so it was great to just be us without all the interruptions and nagging and dobbing that our girls offer. I also put pics of my new corset in the DIY thread finally, which I finished last Saturday.
A bit belated, but I'm happy that I didn't wake up with a hangover on Sunday. I had a bottle of red and 3 Cointreau's.... Didn't even have that dry mouth feeling..... Bizarre! _________________ Mess with people's heads - dress to spook and use your manners! |

Re: Happy thread is happy. My test results came back and my body seems to be responding well to the treatments I'm getting. All the important stuff is heading in the right direction (Haemoglobin count, white cell count etc). So in about another month or so I can finally say goodbye to the medications, that's put me in a happy mood.

Re: Happy thread is happy. Glad to hear it Necrolord! Those blood levels can be annoying at times (for me it's platelets).
I'm happy that we're almost done getting ready for the holidays. Going tomorrow to the hospital to give my doctor and a couple other people gifts. Then Friday we're having some neighbors over (they'll be taking care of Bastet while we're away over the new year), and then, after that? Collapse. XD Luckily my mom's done most of the cooking for Sunday. Oh, and my dad's finally coming home tonight (he was visiting his mom in Calgary). So that'll be fun. Oh and lasagna and salad tonight! Yay! |
