I will hazard a guess that
LS, having already spoken of "baseless assertions," doesn't particularly see Zimmerman or Martin one way or the other, but was merely voicing how others are claiming to see them. In the end, the courts will determine what assertions were or were not baseless.
And since this thread appears to have run its course, we'll give it a rest.
