Re: Good music to do the dirty to!
I know I'm just being nitpicky, but Alice In Chains are metal. They were never actually 'grunge' regardless of what a lot of people think. I must've skipped over that when reading before.
NIN did a great cover of 'Get Down Make Love' by Queen.
Fantasy ~ Ludacris
What? It's a good song!

I've found that Porcupine Tree provides an excellent atmosphere for such "occasions."

I have come to the conclusion that mid-coital music is distracting. I only want to listen to my partner.

Re: Good music to do the dirty to!
song... man you folks must get down to it a lot quicker than me. but if you want enough time to get some real fun going...
2nd side of Disintegration - by the Cure 2nd side of Ritual by Jane's Addiction Land of Rape and Honey - Ministry (whole album is good with da ladeees) but for a quickie I guess...
Hallowed be thy name - Maiden Celebration of the Lizard - Jim Morrison Waiting for the night - Depeche
now the real question is are there any good songs for sneaking outta there the morning after?

Now, now, Hide, surely if a Lady is worth going through the trouble of compiling a songlist there should be no need to 'sneak out' the next morning?

Re: Good music to do the dirty to!
I actually have a CD of traditional style Scandinavian folk music (called Wizard Women of the North- all female musicians) which is, strangely enough, very erotic in its own way. The wailing in some songs has a sort of base, animalisitic wildness to it and some of the others with multiple voices and percussion are pretty much straight up Pagan erotic hymns. And overall, its good stuff, and thats saying something because I rarely fool with compilations.

Re: Good music to do the dirty to!
Gary Numan's Jagged is pretty good sex music I find, as is the copy of The Downward Spiral I've made specially for these occasions minus the last two tracks (as the gunshots and weird flutes of the title track spook me even when I'm fully clothed and more aware of my surroundings).
As individual songs go, I think Sehnsucht by Einsturzende Neubauten is one of the sexiest songs I've ever heard and Blixa Bargeld's moans and howls on it always get me slightly flustered.

Re: Good music to do the dirty to!
Lucifuge by Danzig is a great album for this thread. I also like The Cult, Type O Negative, Change~Deftones(only Deftones song I can stand), Rammstein, Christian Death.
I'm not much for romance, I prefer eroticism.
