My mom has made bologna stew since I can remember. I assume it's a Newfy cuisine as is everything else mom makes that I love . I'd like to know some other variates of Bologna Stew. As mom just made some..but, she tried to flavour it up with some orange asian sauce .. not that great but I can still eat it .

Any chance you can get her to give up the recipe and post it here so we, the unwashed masses, may try it?

that's about how ma makes it, cept without the ketchup though that seems like it'd work quite well!

With rising food prices, more of us may HAVE to eat bologna stew!
