Heh. Damn over-dramatic goths.
Well, if their 05 tour was any indication, the new album should be pretty good. We caught them at the south FL show, and they were outstanding!

Yeah my girlfriend and I managed to catch them when they came here. Very good show. They better go on tour to promote this last album.

Another one bites the dust.
Bought the extended Mask t'other day but I haven't been sober enough to give it a play yet.

Ah well, I got to see them twice in 98, so it doesn't bother me. I just want to hear the new album.

That could be somewhat foreseen I think. Since their break-up in the 80s did not happen at the friendliest level I assumed they would break up again, that being just a matter of time.
Iam nevertheless a bit sad about it for I had hoped they would produce much more albums after the reunion. But then I feel the spirit is gone somehow and nowadays their music does not work anymore in the way it worked in the 80s.

I'm really surprised they are putting a new album out, period...
I never thought they would, but I am glad they are.

One of the tracks for the new album is called "Too Much 21st Century." I love it.
I am curious how their new material is going to sound in this generation though. Afterall, this isn't the 80s anymore.

I don't really know.
Hopefully they will do something in a more modern vein, regardless of whether they do or don't though, I am sure it will be good.

Maybe Tones on Tails or Love and Rockets will reform.

Indeed a rather sad event. I didn`t get to see them perform, even when they made an appearance headlining Summer Darkness.
Oh well, I`ll be buying the new album. I loved the new Siouxsie effort, so I hope this streak of old bands coming back and releasing quality stuff will continue.

Tones On Tails, I can handle but I could never get into Love And Rockets.
Mind you it's been a lifetime since the last time I heard Love And Rockets, so
I should really check them out again.
