Kill me now! So what song is it? It says the video is not available in my country...whatever that means. Argggh! YouTube killed it. Maybe this alternate link will have to do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=POv-3yIPSWc Feel free to kick me to death for this. As soon as I get to England I will be doing just that! It's almost as bad as THIS!!! Spidey, I had that one stuck in my head after that Lady Gaga thread. I diverted myself by obsessing over the shoes.

 Re: Earworm Thread!
I've got a stream of HIM songs running through my head now, especially "Right here in My Arms". My girlfriend loves HIM, but to me, it's really just "meh". I don't see why they're as loved or despised as they are, they just aren't interesting to me at all. Not goth, not alternative rock, just a boring alternative rock group who happen to have a glam-makeup clad frontman.

 Re: Earworm Thread!
Recently I had The Ballad of Barry Allen by Jim's Big Ego stuck in my head, but that's not that bad because I like that song.
(I'm a huge comic-nerd, and superhero songs about superheroes besides Superman are hard to come by. Besides, it's a pretty interesting take on the Flash character.)
Thanks to my Wii DDR, I am occasionally subjected to Ice, Ice Baby, You've Got The Right Stuff, and oh god, Never Gonna Give You Up (yes, my own unliving video game system periodically Rickrolls me).
I have a few songs that I use as earworm self-defense: songs that I absolutely love that get stuck in my head very, very easily. Sure, having the title theme to Jesus Christ, Superstar stuck in my head for three weeks straight gets tiring after awhile, but if it can push out New Kids On The Block, I'll gladly take it.

 Re: Earworm Thread!
*kicks Letalis repeatedly* DAMN YOU!!! where did you find that? it's like watching a bad acid trip with a soundtrack. As for myself: Today's it's been "Only Women Bleed" by Alice Cooper for absolutely no reason whatsoever except that I thought of it in a dream and now it's stuck in there -- Mon Apr 05, 2010 6:39 pm -- Wolfmammy wrote: It's almost as bad as THIS!!! oh man! I haven't heard that song since I was in elementary school! My family had a 45 single of this song (for those young'uns thats a record...on vinyl). I used to listen to it and laugh my butt off.

Alphabeat - "Fascination" Damned chirpy and, unfortunately, catchy euro pop. Do yourself a favour and don't look that up.

 Re: Earworm Thread!
Hahaha! I've always been quite fond of TMBG, actually, although most of their songs are really bad for getting stuck in your head. Related story: My MP3 player has a setting where it'll line up a playlist of the 20 songs with the lowest playcounts, which is my standard setting. A side effect of this is that when I add a new song, it'll play that one a lot until its playcount has caught up with everything else. Since I just dumped a bunch of Emily Autumn on the thing, this means I had been listening to more or less nothing but her (outside of my usual weekly break to wind up my radio for a certain Demented radio show) for about four days, something I was perfectly fine with. It came to an end yesterday when, after a set of 19 Emily Autumn songs, it played They Might Be Giant's "Cage and Aquarium." The sudden, whiplash inducing change in tone and mood from my music had me laughing my ass off, and garnered a funny look from one of my coworkers.
