Okay, time for a new fun thread! This thread is for things that you may see which makes you stop, pause, and just ponder....REALLY?!?!?!

Here is my moment for the day. Noticed today that it appears that someone tried to break into the "feminine hygiene product" dispenser in the ladies' room at work. Keep in mind...we don't really have any outside traffic (offices which do most, if not all, of their business online or over the phone). REALLY?!?!?! At any given time, I'm sure there is no more than maybe $5 in this machine (and that if it hasn't been emptied in at least a couple of weeks...not many women on this floor), and...I've never known anyone THAT desperate for a Kotex!

This sounds fun. I've posted this here on gnet, before but...

A while back someone tried to rob a local bank through the drive through. That was a 'Oh My Goth, Really? Are you serious?' moment right there.

Once I saw a woman holding her toddler over a drain on a busy road, so she could pee in it. Passers by and drivers could all see...everything >.< I could only facepalm...hard. REALLY? Its rush hour you crazy, piss-poor excuse for a mother!

I was in my legal issues class on day, we were talking about how an inmate was being moved from a higher security prison to the one in grafton ( a lower security prison) so he could be closer to his family.
While transporting the TV the inamte had, they heard rattling. The inmate had a container of marijuanna in the tv set. Needless to say, he went back to the higher security prison.

*facepalm* next time tape that shit in there!

Better yet. Self defense, we had a lecture day.
Our teacher was telling us how his best friend taped a woman from his bedroom, you know, like watching her get undressed and stuff.

He didn't say anything to his friend until his friend started stealing his (my teacher's) sister's underwear.

Tom (teacher): Dude, why are you stealing my sister's udnerwear?
Friend (said with a straight face): I wanted to see what size she wore so I could sign her up for the panty of the month club

Omg. I seriously wonder about some people's sanity.

Yesterday a drunk man had to be rescued by firefighters because he was stuck between a telephone booth and the wall.... upside down.

I swear I can't even begin to imagine how did he manage to do that...

I don't know if this qualifies, but.... We had a copier in the library that was out of order. Prior to being picked up by facilities, it was pulled well away from the wall, and the cord wrapped around it and taped to the top. The top was taped down. An "out of order" sign was taped over the control panel. The coin slot was taped over with another "out of order" sign. All day long, patrons were going over to the copier, pulling the top open, ripping the "out of order" sign from the coin slot, dropping their money it, and screaming "it took my money and didn't give me a copy!"

My mom deciding to keep an envelope of indiviual mini-sausage packs in the computer desk drawer.

Seriously. WTF?

Okay...THAT ONE got me rolling in laughter!!!

That reminds me of a burglary that happened here just a few days ago.

The idiots backed their truck up to the front door of the house and where loading stuff in. Hmmm... that's not suspicious at all....

Anyway, someone called the cops on them out of justifiable suspicion and they were caught.
