It's more of a series than 'piece' but I'd have to go with my 3 generations of 7-11 uniforms.

I've had too many god awful items of clothing to list.... so many cringeworthy phases....swamped by tie-dye in my hippiegoth days.......head-to-tie black velvet and lace in my vampiregoth days...bound in plastic in my fetishgoth days......looking like an army guy/ steel factory worker in my industrialgoth days.... and what-the-hell-was-I thinking in my cybergoth days....

...I'm pretty pleased with my wardrobe now- kinda retro-modern vampy.. but I absolutly love to wear what my collegues call my 'mu-mu'. It's a black cotton dress that is shaped like a tent and has a tie belt round the middle to pull it in. Yes, it does look like i'm wearing a sack to work BUT at certain times in the month a girl needs a big old comfy dress- by now my collegues know not to pass comment on it- coz it usually means I wont be in a very good mood.....

I have clothes like that, too, Tish! Just comfy, cozy. I'm trying to weed out the gods awful stuff.

Another one I forgot to mention is my grim reaper hooded zip-front sweatshirt. I only wear it around home, never out in public. It's cozy and warm, and totally tacky!

I used to wear a Werewolf the Apocalypse shirt like crazy when I was a kid. Then moths got to it and holy-fied it up. When I got into bondage pants and spikes 'n stuff, I cut the sleeves off and shortened its length with scissors. At that point it really began to look like rags, and eventually it fell apart.

I miss that shirt.

I have a huge, pinky-purple jacket that was my mum's before i was born, then my sister's and now it is mine. It has holes burned in it from bonfires and the cuffs are frayed to pieces, but i love it anyway . it really isn't very goth though.

Just dug out some baggy yellow short from my personal clothes mine; hewn with effort into the black mountain I keep in my bulging wardrobe. Might have H take a pic, they have a similar pattern to my grren shit wots got flowers on it.

*scrunches nose* Distasteful... ghastly... bright pink vest... which sadly shrank in the dryer and fits my niece. I adored it though. It was puffy and warm... I couldn't help myself. *sigh* Ah, sweet memories... I need a replacement.
