Amy Lee, seeing Evanescence of Top Of The Pops as a 14 year old was my 'wow' moment, I saw her outfit, and fell in love. It's also her fault that everytime I see something bright pink, I must have it!

I wouldn't say I'm inspired by anyone, but if I were ever to dress up and borrow a few odd elements... I could only hope they looked vaguely on me as they do on Arwen.

Is it bad to admit I nearly brought a dress because it was the same shade of green as the one she wore in the film? The only reason I didn't was because it was gone by the time I had the money, so I had to content myself with some eyeshadow instead.

I wish I could dress more Victorian, but male Victorian era clothes are sorta hard to find at good prices. So for now I wear black t-shirts with the occasional colored one, and black cargo pants.

I'm more of one who is inspired by philosophy. Iv'e also been inspired by the Goth subculture. Although, inspired by Goth, philosophy is what's inspired me to pursue better choices for myself, ignoring exasperating things from generic trends.

And for me, creating my own style is much more important than being a follower.

I had an 'Arwen Phase' when I read the books at 14. In the books she wears grey (not green- just one of the mirriad things which annoys me about the films) so anyway I tended to waft about the place dressed in a long grey-silver satin brocade skirt (from Topshop!) and a grey fine knit jumper with woven leaf deisgn around the neck (from my Mums wardrobe)- I also covered myself in silver Celtic jewellery- oh how my family did laugh at me! (they had all read the books & silmarillion etc. many years before so they knew what idea I was going for). I smile now when i think of it.

Now my insporations are Old Hollywood movie stars like Veronica Lake and Vivien Leigh, and modern-day divas like Dita Von Teese and Monicca Berlucci, and Sherylin Fenn in Boxing Helena...

I am inspired by the huge contrast of personalities and in how they effect conversation. Who we think we are, how we think people view us, ultimately how we react to others. It intrigues me.

After briefly studying as a make-up artist, I really like "less is more". Achieving a flawless look which appears natural is so much harder than you might think.

When I'm going out, I like to try and match a single color or tone I'm wearing and make it the highlight.
