There are a few games I need to play but are only on the PS3. Besides, I have a PS1, PS2 and a PSP, so it is only natural that I get a PS3...But I am primarily a huge Nintendo fan. My Wii is the console that gets used the most. I've also been playing a lot with my DS lite in the past month and my 3DS every now and then.

I was a a huge Nintendo fan while I was younger, I bought nothing but Nintendo, but then I switched and now I'm a Sony person. I have a PSP, but it only gets played once in a while. I can tell ya though, the PS3 is certainly worth getting.

I used to be a Sony fan but switched to Nintendo around the launch of the Gamecube. From there, and still today, I am a huge Nintendo fan. Even though that is true, I still like Sony and I still use their game consoles. This is one of the reasons I want the PS3 (not to mention some of the games look awesome).

Re: What are you currently playing?
Really now? I switched right after I bought the N64, guess we both traded places at the same time As for games I'm playing I have the following going: -Half-Life (PC) (I must admit, I'm going through the game doing what I normally don't do in games, by cheating galore. I'm only doing that because I played the game a billion times and playing it was a spur of the moment decision this time) -Bulletstorm (PC) -Deus Ex: Human Revolution (PS3) -Gran Turismo 5(PS3) -Occasionally Battlefield 3 online (PS3) Games that I decided I've officially dropped in order to give a restart mostly because I forget what I'm doing and why I'm doing it: -Mass Effect 2 (PC) -Final Fantasy 13 (PS3)

Re: What are you currently playing?
I picked up a second hand copy of Portal 2 for PS3. Great game, been hooked on it all weekend, even managed to rope some friends into playing splitscreen co-op with me, though they're a little confused about why I'd play a game where you don't kill anything

That is an awesome coincidence, isn't it? Final Fantasy 13 is one of the games I want to get for the PS3 (next to Sonic Generations and Final Fantasy 13-2).

Re: What are you currently playing?
Well I just got a Wii myself a few days ago along with Smash Bros. Brawl.
It's so...slow and floaty compared to Melee, and the netplay is kind of laggy, but it's still pretty fun. I'm not really sure what other Wii games I should get next month, perhaps Twilight Princess.

Just Dance...the first one for Wii. That game is fun.

Brawl is really good, and I happen to like it much better than melee. I can recommend some games for you. Twilight Princess is phenomenal and one of my all time favorites, next to Skyward Sword, of course! Mario Kart Wii is pretty fun as well as Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Sonic Colors if you're into platforming (all masterpieces). Is that good for recommendations?

Re: What are you currently playing?
I was actually thinking about getting Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, or even the Metroid Prime Collection if I can actually find it since it's apparently pretty rare.
Might get Galaxy too since it's probably dirt cheap by now, same goes for Twilight Princess. I'm thinking of perhaps getting Okami too, though I don't really know what to expect out of it since I haven't seen much of it, even though seemingly everyone praises it.
Sonic Colors is probably a given too seeing how a lot of people praise it as Sonic's return to form. Part of me just wishes they bring back Sonic Adventure 2 in an HD Rerelease sometime like they did with Adventure 1, but...without those Blue Bars on the side.

The Metroid Prime games and Okami are apparently really good, as my best friend says, so go for it if you like. My friend praises both of them highly, so I can certainly say that may be a good idea. If you like strategy rpg games then I recommend Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, but you would need to get Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (Gamecube) first, due to the very story driven plot. Both require some good strategy (especially Radiant Dawn) and have a superb story line. Definitely awesome! Galaxy and especially Galaxy 2 are simply platforming masterpieces, without a doubt. And there is plenty of things for you to do in there to keep you busy for awhile. And after you play through Twilight Princess, I recommend taking on Skyward Sword (you'd need a Wii motion plus). Those Zelda games happen to be my top two favorite games ever! Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle are both really good games...But yeah... Sonic Colors is my favorite Sonic game of all time, thus far, and is certainly worth the praise. Yeah...The game is a lot of fun and the voice acting is pretty good too (not to say that I didn't like the older casts). I am almost done with my second playthrough of the game and I'm waiting on getting a PS3 to get Sonic Generations...Man that game looks good...
