Would Anybody Happen to Know Much About MAC Products?
I've been debating my previous lipstick situation, as well as my current one and I'm thinking of going with a "pale shade" to bring out the darkness in my eye makeup. I feel that on my very fair skin, it'll look eerie, but in a pretty way. My question is: If anyone knows a few of the MAC lipsticks and their colors, maybe someone could recommend me a nice, pale shade? Thank you

I love MAC, I tend to just get their eyeshadow pigments. I do have a few of their lipsticks, though. I like the lighter pinky-purples and mauves. Here are a few I like: Red Dwarf Pink Plaid Up the Amp Impassioned Saint Germain These are the lighter ones still for sale in stores right now. I hope this helps. Mac Lipstick

I get my paler shades from brands other than M.A.C., but I can warn you against one pale M.A.C. lipstick shade: Hue. It's what they term a "Glaze" finish but really it just deposits the pigment in splotchy patches on your lips, settles into the lines, flakes, and generally does everything opposite of what lipstick's supposed to do. Best of luck in your search!

Oh, If you want to play around with lip colors, try looking on Ebay for Nyx lipsticks. They're cheap and have tons of colors to choose from. You can find a shade that looks good then get a similar MAC.

The most popular MAC pale shades are Hue, Angel & Creme Cup. Personally I'd find a cheaper 'dupe' to experiment with e.g. Rimmel Airy Fairy (which has a bit of a cult following- its disc. I think so try ebay)

Mac is alright, but they test on animals now so I wouldn't endorse them anymore. Nyx has alot of nice, pale lipstick shades, so you should be able to find one that matches your skin tone really well. Check out cherry culture, they have a ton of Nyx stuff for great prices. There are also alot of indie makeup companies out there like Fyrinnae and Morgana Cryptoria that make really nice lipsticks.

I wear MAC's 'Hue' lipstick. I'm quite pale and you're right – it brings out dark eyes really nicely. It's a lovely creamy formula too.
